“In Loving Memory of Sarah Pillsbury”We regret to inform everyone interested in the Shake, Rattle, and Roll Run of Sarah's passing in October 2006. She was the inspiration for the annual run. She is survived by her father, Richard Pillsbury, who has faithfully dedicated his time to help increase the joy experienced by Sarah and others at The Phoenix Residence. She died due to complications from her epilepsy. We all grieve for Richard's loss and are willing to stand with him in his decision to continue the annual run in Sarah's memory. His strength and compassion for those with disabilities is an inspiration to all of us. |
